Island Microgrids is a sister company to AKA Energy Systems. AKA is 40% owned and strategically partnered with MAN Energy Solutions accessing its broad range of industrial scale decarbonization technologies from green engines to carbon capture, heat pumps and hydrogen electrolyzer's. AKA is an energy systems provider and electrical systems integrator with a significant history of delivering innovative solutions for Microgrid Power Systems. AKA Energy Systems designs, manufactures, and supports power and propulsion assets for
Marine and Offshore O&G, and power assets for land-based Industries.
